Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") apply to all orders placed via the website of Milos Ceculovic / W4V3, Breitenweg 5, 9403 Goldach, Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these T&Cs.

2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded as soon as I accept your order by sending a confirmation via email or by shipping the goods. All offers are subject to availability ("while stocks last"). 

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

Prices are displayed in the local currency of the customer wherever possible. The base currency of the store is Swiss Francs (CHF). For orders in other currencies, the exchange rate at the time of the order applies. Please note that your bank or payment provider may charge additional foreign transaction fees, which are beyond our control and must be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs are calculated and shown separately during checkout. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on the destination country; these are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

4. Payment
Payment shall be made using the payment methods provided on the website. The goods remain my property until full payment has been received. 

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, graphics) as well as the products sold have been personally created by me. The copyright remains exclusively with Milos Ceculovic. Any use, duplication, or reproduction without my express written consent is strictly prohibited. 

6. Warranty and Liability
As these are handmade unique items/individual products created by a private individual, the statutory warranty is excluded to the extent permitted by law. I shall not be held liable for damages resulting from improper handling or misuse of the products.

7. Right of Withdrawal

General Policy: We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy for all customers worldwide. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

European Union (Legal Right): Notwithstanding the above, customers located in the European Union have a statutory right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Return Shipping Costs: Unless otherwise stated or in the case of defective goods, the costs for return shipping shall be borne by the buyer.

Exclusions: Items sent back without prior request via connect@w4v3.store will not be accepted.


8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Details regarding data usage are governed by the separate Privacy Policy on this website

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss Law. The place of jurisdiction is 9403 Goldach, Switzerland.
